The standard curve for TransAM® NFκB p50 was generated using the range of 10 - 0.156 ng of protein. This protein is not recommended for Western blotting. NOTE: The presence of Poly [d(I-C)] in buffers may affect protein functionality and should be avoided. One unit equals one nanogram.
